Spa Reservations

We recommend you schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance so we can meet your scheduling request. Reservations are subject to availability.


24-hour Cancellation Policy

We understand you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

In regards to massage, there is a no-show fee of $79 for appointments. Life happens, we understand, exceptions will be made for certain circumstances.


Late Arrivals

Arriving late will reduce the time of your service as we end each session punctually to ensure the next guest will not be delayed.


Mobile Devices

To ensure a serene environment, we request you please turn your
mobile device off before you arrive.


Wink Loyalty Cards

Your "Winks" count. Every time you have a Wink Pedi or Wink Mani you collect a wink. When you collect 9, your 10th wink is complimentary earning you a Wink Pedi or Wink Mani on us. You choose! People say nothing in life is free...they're wrong!

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in Spa treatment prices. Gratuities are solely your discretion and always very much appreciated.
