Position Title: Full Time Estheticians and Nail Technicians

Summary of Role and Expectations:

Performing top quality services including, but not limited to: manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and tinting

– Provide professional, confidential service and treatments for our clients

– Sell spa products including merchandise and treatments

– Positive attitude, great communication skills, and excellent customer service skills

– team player is a must!!

– Passion for your profession and a strong work ethic

– Available to work 35-40 hours per week, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Qualifications

– Good standings with the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia

– Prior spa experience is preferred, although not a deal breaker

– Ability to build and retain a clientele

Spa Coordinator Full Time Position

Wink Day Spa is on the look-out to fill a Full time Spa Coordinator position. We have over 5 years of service and would like to invite you to meet our team. Are you available to work 35 to 40 hours a week including days, evenings and weekends? Being a Wink Team member you must be fun, easy going, dedicated, and committed to delivering the best client care, all while displaying a mature attitude within the Wink environment.

Qualifications and Skills (include but not limited to)

-Diploma in Administration or 2 years experience in administrative role

-work independently or as a team -someone who goes above and beyond to offer exceptional client care, clients are top priority

-ability to assess customers personal needs in order to help them in the best way possible

-communication skills both written and verbal

-multi-tasker

-work in a fast paced environment

-retail experience

-positive attitude

-confidentiality is a must

-ability to maneuver Tracker Spa Software, Outlook e-mail, and Microsoft word

Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to)

-maintaining cleanliness of reception and common areas

-greet and register arriving clients

-handle client requests and inquiries in a professional and timely fashion

-direct billing for insurance companies

-managing appointments
