We recommend you schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance so we can meet your scheduling request. Reservations are subject to availability.
24-hour Cancellation & No Show Policy
( Client is responsible for remembering appointment times and dates. )
At Wink Day Spa, we value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. In addition, we may require prepayment on future appointments.
Our policy reflects the fact that our team members are paid based on their appointments. When there are cancellations close to the designated time and no shows, they become a loss of income for them, especially when there is not enough time to schedule another client in that time slot. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that appointment time because it was being held for you in good faith.
We appreciate your understanding and respectfully ask that you adhere to our policy.
We ask our clients to arrive 5 minutes before their appointment time or 10 minutes before your appointment if you have paperwork to fill out. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment your service provider may decide they do not have sufficient time to complete the service and you will be asked to reschedule.
