In this session you lay fully clothed, all comfy cozy on a massage table while certain points on your head are gently touched releasing built up energy that is stored in places and spaces that no longer serve you. You can enjoy silence during your treatment, talk about what you are experiencing in your life and living where you can receive ‘spot on’ coaching, guidance and tools, you can ask as many questions as you like or you can even take a nap. There is no music playing during this treatment. Did you know there are 32 points (Bars) on that pretty head of yours that correlate with 32 different areas of your life and living? A few examples of these Bars are money, communication, healing, body, sexuality, creating connections and those are just a few. How can we receive things like money or communication with ease if we have all these points of view about them? We know our points of view create our reality right? When these points, the Bars are lightly touched, they release the electromagnetic charge that keeps them on a loop. What does that even mean? Ever notice that sometimes no matter what you do or think that ‘same old same old’ pattern is very alive, active and just keeps showing up? That my friends is the excess energy feeding it, keeping it active, alive and larger than life! That in itself takes up a lot of energy and space! By having your Bars ‘run’ that extra charge, the excess energy on those pesky limitations, judgements, blocks, thoughts, beliefs and programs that keep you stuck… just melt, they literally dissipate. Did you know that every time we look in the mirror and judge what we see, the cells remember and lock that judgement in? The Energetic Facelift process is known to soften and even erase cellular memory of those judgements! Once we release and eliminate the judgements we project at our face and our body in the mirror, our body has the space to regenerate itself!

Even though this entire process is ‘hands on and off your face and neck’, it is actually a very soothing and nurturing full body process that works with the cells of your body to restore, enliven and rejuvenate while deepening and quickening the body’s natural healing capacities.

It is so much more than ‘just’ a facelift, that my dear friend is simply the bonus. The Facelift energies give the body a chance to move and transform a lot of the limiting energies and judgments that get locked in our face, head, chest and body.
